Rick,
Probably. The band changed at 1732 UTC and I am not sure what happened after
that, as I had to sign off and answer my door. When I returned I was not
hearing anyone. Threw out several calls, heard no replies, so I shutdown.
The Sunday HHI 20 meter Net should be fine in both MO and TX, as I have thre
antenna systems in use then. I can go vertical or horizontal for either
twenty or forty meters, but directional only on twenty. Currently using
about 600 watts PEP due to the death of the much loved Alpha 87a. I have
another amplifier that should be operational in the next week or two that
will have me back at the legal limit of 1500 watts PEP. The boost in power
will help, especially now when we are at the bottom of the solar cycle.
Sunday the Pre-Net starts at 12:45 - 1:15 PM EST/EDT, (1645-1715 UTC) and
the Net proper from 1:15 - 3:00 PM EST/EDT, (1715-1900 UTC). The frequency
is 14.293 MHZ usb, generally between 14.292 and 14.293 MHZ!
