[Hallicrafters] Need SX110 Sensitivity Knob

Does anyone have a sensitivity knob for a SX110?  I believe the knobs used on the SX108, SX107, S38E, SX62A and HT-37 transmitter are the same as on the SX110 and should work.  If anyone has the knob I would be happy to buy it or the entire set if you prefer. The knob is light gray with a sliver insert set in a circular depression in the knob face.
