I apparently suffered a "senior" moment.

I grabbed the WRONG xfmr!

I double checked and have located the CORRECT one.

It indeed has two black, two green, two red, and two yellow leads!

Too many parts can confuse the mind.

Old saying:  "Never underestimate the ability of anyone to be STUPID; 
Especially yourself!
