What Rodger told you is spot-on. I'm almost sure that if you do a Google
search for "transformer color code", or look in an OLDER ARRL handbook,
you'll find the proper colors. Typically, the HV output leads ARE yellow
(or some variation thereof), and the center-tap is yellow-red, or a reversal
of the preceding.. Green is 6.3 filament, but yellow can also be the 5v
filament for a rectifier, such as a 5Y3, 5U4, etc. My trick is to connect
my voltmeter to the green leads, and bring the input up (with a Variac)
until I measure 6.3 vac...then measure the other sets, and you'll have the
"listed" voltages.

in summation - Rodger got it right on the money.
