The RF level control Pot has become problematic with my HT-37, when I  
originally went through the transmitter I cleaned the controls with De Oxit,  after 
about 5 years I could only get a few watts out of the HT-37, after some  
inspection I determined that the RF Level control was the culprit so I shot it  
with De Oxit and exercised the control and gave it another squirt and exercised  
it some more.  That was 3 years ago and the problem has not returned.
