[Hallicrafters] SR-46 question

Ron,

I don't know if this is any salient information but in the late 1960s and 
early 70s I operated an SR-46 a lot and routiunely checked into a local 6 
Meter FM net. The guys always said I sounded fine even though they were 
running FM rigs, mostly converted Motorolas. The SR-46 indeed may have been 
a rig that FM'd. Haven't operated anything but CW since so my info is pretty 
old but I thought I'd weigh in with my experience.
