The first green manual labeled S-76 (June 1951) shows no skirts.  The later
S-76 & S-76U run 3 manual with skirts is dated march 1954.

There are two different sized skirts used.

I do not know whether the 1.25 inch diameter skirts are next followed by the
1.5 inch diameter skirts but I think they got larger with age.

I have one of each of the two different sized skirted radios.
