[Hallicrafters] **SECOND ATTEMPT** Knobs needed for SX-100 and SX-96

I was too hasty with my first sending of this.  This has been CORRECTED...
Sorry for the mistakes in the first request.

I have picked up 3 restorable Hallicrafters the past couple of
months.

I am missing:

The Pitch Control knob for the S-40 series (a pretty generic knob for that
era) and
The Notch DEPTH knob for the SX-100 and
One tuning knob for the SX-96.  It's knob is badly chipped around the
periphery.

Anybody have those knobs that they are willing to part with?  Or even
something Hallicrafters close to the right knob rather than the generic knob
now on one and the missing knob on the other?
