[Hallicrafters] Knobs needed for SX-100 and SX-96

I have picked up a couple of restorable Hallicrafters the past couple of
months.

I am missing:

The Pitch Control knob for the SX-100 and
The Notch knob for the SX-96

Anybody have those knobs that they are willing to part with?  Or even
something Hallicrafters close to the right knob rather than the generic knob
now on one and the missing knob on the other?
