[Hallicrafters] BAMA mirror problem

We traced the http setup for a file download and here is the result.  Saw a valid http get request for the file to 216.24.174.245 and a valid? --- acknowledgement with a byte count of "0" kinda saying I'm finished already.  Is this the right forum for BAMA questions?  Also, seems to have started to fail since going to all http transfers.  Maybe more than one server and my software is not compatible with the one that is in my DNS cache????  Many apologies for sending TCP junk to this reflector --- seems to be the wrong venue but if you have any ideas, send them to my email address and when it is resolved we will share the answer.
