If your vibrator is dying and you really can't find a replacement, there is a 
chance you might be able to get more life out of it if you are willing to do 
a bit of work.

Carefully cut the case near the bottom. I use a tubing cutter, but you may 
have something that will work better. Also, some cases I have seen can be pried 
off.

Remove the top portion and carefully clean the contacts wih a relay 
burnishing tool. Clean the outside of the base and cover and solder the cover in place. 
If you have trouble getting it to stick, you can cut a tin strip ands sweat 
in place as a "joiner" or use a piece of braid from RG-174 or RG-59.

I have fixed 6 out of 10 vibrators successfully over the years. This method 
is not guaranteed, but if it works, you are ahead of the game.
