[Hallicrafters] SR-2000 HV tick

These ticks can sometime be a combination of mechanical and electrical
causes. I remember reading years ago about a TV set manufacturer who
was deluged with complaints about a ticking sound coming from their
sets. It was due to a HV warning tag which was tied with string to part
of the chassis and hung near the CRT, apparently the tag would begin to
build up a static charge and once enough charge built up it was
attracted to the HV cage where it would cause an audible tick,
discharge, and begin the cycle again. Apparently the average was about
4 seconds, perhaps the design engineer later went to work for Halli....
