Am seriously considering downsizing due to lack of time and space.

I have a very rare pre war HT-9 (black face) in very good (9) cosmetic and
electrical condition and an excellent SX-28.

This is a very rare opportunity to own a pre war Hallicrafters station in
good condition.

The HT-9 has all coils for 160-10 including the doublers for the exciter.
Two issues, inside the rig there is a hole where a previous owner replaced
the round PS caps with square ones and switch position 1 in the band
selector does not work (recent problem). All caps and out of spec resistors
have been replaced. MOVs were put across all xfrmrs The rig works FB.

The SX-28 is in close to mint condition. It was electrically restored about
4 years ago by K1VYU a meticulous tech. The front panel was repainted and
the lettering redone by an artist. The ONLY non standard issue is that the
75 meter band does not track exactly. It appears a 28 osc coil was replaced
with an SX-28A coil. All caps and out of spec resistors have been replaced
and the rig aligned.

I will consider best offer in the $1,750 range for both but am open to
trades plus $$ involving an AM xmtr that covers 160.

I will not box for shipment but will work with a reasonable buyer.

Additional pics can be provided.

Thanks and 73
