[Hallicrafters] SX-42, Band 4 Progress

Thank you everyone for your encouragement and suggestions. They were very
helpful.

Here's where I'm at:

1. On band 4, if I inject a signal from my signal generator, it comes in
loud and clear. I did so on the two RF alignment points for that band: 28
mhz and 18 mhz.

2. I tweaked the RF alignment on that band. It helped marginally.

3. Reception on that band is still weak. Since the signal generator produces
a loud and clear signal, I'm wondering if it's just propogation.

Any ideas?
