[Hallicrafters] S38

i just picked up a hallicrafters s 38 in great condition works and looks 
great . never had one wanted to add one to my small collection. i know these units 
can zap you if you are not careful . since they do not have power 
transformers . i want to install an isolation transformer to it  i was looking on antique 
electronic supply what would be the best type to get  one i can just plug the 
radio into or one i can hardwire to radio .  thanks for any info in advance
