[Hallicrafters] re Eimac SK-416 chimney

According to Richardson Electronics which is a stocking 
distributor for Eimac, the correct chimney is the SK-406.

It is for the 4-400 series,  3-400 and 3-500 Z series, the 
4-250 and the 5-500.
