[Hallicrafters] SX-42 Parts Needed

Well, after quite a bit of frustration I am dragging out the SX-42 for
another go.  Last time around I had great difficulty aligning it,
bands 5 and six are dead.  I suspect there are some bad connections in
the band switch I have to find, the horror.  I have re-capped except
for the silver micas in the IF cans, I am going to change all those
out before I try again.
What is a good type to replace the silver micas?

In the course of making adjustments I broke the ferrite in the band
four antenna transformer, this is part #51B990, T-3 on my schematic.
Anyone have one of these?
