[Hallicrafters] Need experienced SX-115 repair person

Can anyone recommend someone to do repair work on the SX-115?  I am working
on one that has a problem in the 3rd conversion oscillator and I refuse to 
dig into
it as it is located on the little subchassis on top of the main chassis and 
appears
extremely difficult to remove.
