[Hallicrafters] ReCap a SX-101A

Good Morning!
    It's probably time to recap my SX-101A since it's  never been done 
before. Also the signal has a fast fluctuation best described as  sounding like 
chirp on CW. (I don't think or hope that every CW station has  chirp.)
    Any suggestions of which capacitors are vitaql to  replace and a source 
for high quality caps? Ideas about the "chirp?"
