[Hallicrafters] Another Sucker is born

I have made some good buys on Ebay over the years.  My only problem
has been a few people that did not initially ship the product.  I promise to
send
a copy of the cancelled check along with an income statement to the state
and
Federal IRS.  Interestingly, it has never taken more than 3 days to have the
product on my door step.  In a couple cases, the dialog had been going on
for over a year. The crooked ones are all guilty of not paying taxes
on all that unearned money they make on Ebay.  They do not want the IRS
looking into their activities.

One other rule I have with respect to Ebay is that I will not pay more for
anything,
regardless of condition or description, than what I consider near junk
prices.  That
way, if I get stiffed, it will not bother me to any great extent.  Someone
else can pay
the big dollars, if they want, and assume the risk.
