I am not familiar with comparisons with the National
NC-173 and NC-183 with Hallicrafters and Hammarlund
equivalent models. But perhaps someone here on the
National thread on mailman.qth.net can help?

I suggest you subscribe to this National thread on
mailman.qth.net. As stated previously, the posts and
activity here are low but it is more appropriate to
get your information here. Besides, this thread on
National needs yours and anyone else's posts and
