[Hallicrafters] Re Historic Halligan Radio Project Update

NOTICE: The purpose of the Historic Halligan Radio Project is to make 
available rare live video, live audio recordings, photos, text articles, 
text transcripts, personal letters and other material related to the life of 
Hallicrafters founder William Halligan, Sr. However, this material spans the 
spectrum and scope of radio and is 'NOT' exclusive to Hallicrafters!


For those of you who are eagerly awaiting the second part of the package, 
listen up! The rest of you may now return to your Firday evening nap.

If all goes as planned, i intend to start shipping the two CD set on/about 
January 30th. This set is all audio with some text documentation included.

There is aprox. 150 minutes of live audio recordings of William Halligan, 
Sr., former Hallicrafters Chief Engineer Fritz Franke, and some other guys 
you will recognize. Hint: Dayton 1983.

Some presentations, especially Mr. Franke's will smoke your neurons! You 
will history altered, literally.

I have been allowed to use materials belonging to the late Fritz Franke by 
his family. Gentlemen, what you will read and see is beyond words! This 
material has never been seen publically, to the best of my knowledge. I will 
be releasing a three CD set devoted exclusively to Fritz Franke in late 
Summer or early Fall this year.

There will also be two other releases, one on DVD and one on a two CD set 
over the course of 2006.  You can stay tuned into what is coming up by 
checking the HCI web site. From the home page locate the "New Stuff" and 
then the "HHRP Latest Release".

Each of you who have currently ordered the two CD set will be notified by 
e-mail the day your copy is shipped to you.

ALERT!: Please remember that only the first 100 DVD and two CD sets were 
certified! All of them starting with issue 101 are identical in cost and 
content, but are not certified. The DVD and accompanying data CD plus the 
two CD audio set will remain available indefinitely! So if you are one of 
those who thought you missed out as only 100 would ever be released, relax! 
You can get the DVD and data CD immediately for $26.50 shipped and the end 
of the month release of the Two CD Audio Set for $16.50 shipped. The package 
is $43. Shipping costs vary outside the USA and her territories!
