[Hallicrafters] Of Mice and Hallicrafters

I've decided that I don't want this insulation, and am considering
selling it on
Eb*y. How much do you think it's worth? Before doing so, I offer it to
anyone on this list who wants it. It will be carefully wrapped and put
in a large padded envelope. For extra $$ I will box it well cushioned
with peanuts.

I've never seen insulation for an SX62 up for auction, and Chuck's book
doesn't cover it at all. I suspect, therefore, that it is quite rare,
and will
fetch a good price. After all, the genuine just-shipped-from-the-Halli-
Factory-Restored SX62, wouldn't be complete without it.

(It's possible that the insulation was an option for customers in northern
locations ... which would make it even rarer.)

Let me know off-list if you're interested ... if I get no takers by midnight
PST it's going up on Ebay.
