[Hallicrafters] SX 99 fixed

 Hi John,

 Might I inquire as to the fix?

 The reason I ask is that I've an SX-99 in line for re-capping and 
"rejeuvination"
soon. For quite some time I've been saving any messages regarding 
specific radios
that I see on this list so I have tips, advice and solutions on hand 
should I suddenly
find I need one.

Unfortunately when helpful folks only reply to a messages originator the 
rest of us
get left out on solutions, tips and advice.
