Thanks to some excellent work by W5JT, Jim Thayer, the HHRP (Historic 
Halligan Radio Project) now has a new link and location. Check it out!

When the HCI web master finishes doing whatever it is that he is doing to 
the web site, the link may, or may not, be back where it is supposed to be.
