[Hallicrafters] SX-28 deafness

Hi Mike (and other responders),

Thanks for the input on my SX-28A. I've shelved the work for a while as the 
RX is fine on the lower two bands and I want to get hold of a few spare 
tubes, or at least get a second opinion on a couple of spares I have, before 
I do a lot more fault-finding in case I'm chasing my tail! I have run a 
voltage check on the various tube bases and they do agree pretty well with 
the manual. However the point about monitoring the various readings for a 
while, rather than just a spot check, is a good one and I'll do that when I 
resume tube-swapping as there could well be a components that's breaking 
down occasionally.
