You might check the HCI web site, then use the search feature to look in the
Hallicrafters and Boat Anchors archives for posts over the past 30 months
pertaining to the SX-28.

W8UT, Al Parker, also has some excellent material on his web site - Al? Wht is
the address?

WHOOEEE! I love reading these lists! Happy Friday everyone!

BTW, does anybody ever talk about SX-28's? I have one, kind of rough,
but I think it is one of the coolest Hallicrafter receivers. It works
great. The S-meter was a bit jammed but that was a simple fix as the
needle pivots had just slipped out of place.

I hope somebody wills you a Donkey Hank, then you will always have at
least one
Ass to ride!

Meanwhile, just stick a cork in both ends, if it explodes, your one
brain cell
is unlikely to be damaged. Was it the 'Foru Seasons' who had the hit
"Silence Is
Golden"? Now go back to writing your snicker mail to the other list. yes
I am
aware of you and your friends insults over there, glad you can amuse
yourselves
for such a modest cost.
