Hi Burt,

I've owned two SR-150's and the only things along those lines that I've had to deal with are:

Rig keys but no power out.

1. No high voltage to the plate circuit of the finals, caused by a plate short in one of the finals which takes out the safety resistor R207 in the power supply (10ohm 1watt).

2. Relay K1 dirty, +95 volt bias switching not dropping to gnd. (easily spray cleaned with contact cleaner)

I have a problem with my old SR-150 that I just cannot seem to solve. I
am sure that I am just overlooking the obvious. The problem is no power
out in CW or SSB on any band unless I unbalance the carrier. I have
done all the resistance and voltage checks of all of the tube pins and
they are for the most part right on. I have tried the rig with two
other PS-150 power supplies. All of the tubes have been checked or
replaced. The receiver is as hot as it can be. I did a complete
alignment by the book and found everything very close to specks. All of
the switches and relay contacts have been cleaned and checked.

I have owned this transceiver since it was new and have worked the world
with it. Do any of you SR-150 owners have an idea that I can try?
