[Hallicrafters] SR-150 problem

I have a problem with my old SR-150 that I just cannot seem to solve.  I 
am sure that I am just overlooking the obvious.  The problem is no power 
out in CW or SSB on any band unless I unbalance the carrier.  I have 
done all the resistance and voltage checks of all of the tube pins and 
they are for the most part right on.  I have tried the rig with two 
other PS-150 power supplies.  All of the tubes have been checked or 
replaced.  The receiver is as hot as it can be.  I did a complete 
alignment by the book and found everything very close to specks.  All of 
the switches and relay contacts have been cleaned and checked. 

I have owned this transceiver since it was new and have worked the world 
with it.  Do any of you SR-150 owners have an idea that I can try?
