Joe,
I don't think you have mentioned if you have the ability to null
out the carrier when in SSB mode. When I go to MOX on my 37, I only get
carrier if I readjust or unbalance the "Carrier Balance" controls.
Otherwise there is very little carrier in USB or LSB.
However, in MOX and CW positions, I get full output.

Relative to my last posting regarding the bias voltages on my HT37, I wonder
if they would even have any impact on the problem I am having in the SSB
mode, that is, getting full output (carrier) when going to the MOX position
when in the USB/LSB mode???
I might be chasing a wild goose...so any thoughts/ideas are most welcomed.
