[Hallicrafters] using 6146w tubes in the HT37

Is anyone successfully using 6146W's in their HT37 vice the older plain Jane 
6146 originally used in the rig???

I am having problems with my HT37 (see earlier posting) and have 
re-installed the original 6146's and the same problem persists.

It does not appear that the 6146W's are causing the problem since the 
original tubes also displayed the problem.....but just wanted to check.
