I have learned I have none of the right screws and may have a few from a
rack mount.

As many of you indicated, a searching I shall go.

The "cup" type washers are available from Lowe's and
Home Depot.  I usually buy the 100 quantity package
but there are the plastic envelopes with like 10 in
the pack.

panel.  Cup washers are sold by GC Electronics and
many parts houses either carry GC hardware or can
order it.  I think the cup washers come in packs of
