[Hallicrafters] Dur-Paper

Art, I haven't examined them yet. I have to finish another one before I start
the HQ-180. What surprises me is that any company would use paper caps that
late in the game. I thought that by the time the HQ-180 was made, all the
SW/ham companies had switched to ceramic disk. What is interesting is that only
the largest caps (0.1 mfd and 0.047 mfd) are dur-paper. Perhaps there was a
problem with ceramic disks in those larger values.
