[Hallicrafters] SX28 sensitivity

In my recent SX-42 and SX-62 rebuilds, I found all but about a half 
dozen resistors out-of-spec (10%) in each radio (and these sets are 
"newer" than the SX-28).  Many were quite high -- up to 100-percent off 
value. This led me to replace every single resistor in both radios. It 
may have been theoretical overkill, but I'm pleased with the results and 
don't have to worry about performance deteriorating  for many years -- 
possibly for the rest of my listening days.
