I'm with Glen on this.
Whenever I install a 3-wire cord, it seems to require reaming and water pump pliers to install the strain relief.
A grommet and tie-wraps on both sides of the chassis fits the bill.
Home Depot sells a bag of small tie wraps in psychedelic colors. They are great for cabling and certainly brighten up the underside of the chassis.
