[Hallicrafters] Knob Insert Removal

Thanks for all the suggestions. I hope to recover both the knob and the 
insert (the insert being what I really needed). I'm beginning by soaking it 
in Simple Green and will then try the less radical approaches, working my 
way up the ladder. And no, no one to my knowledge makes a duplicate insert, 
it's for the main tuning knob of an HT-30, also the SX-100.
