[Hallicrafters] SX-28/A advise PLEASE read

There is a very interesting paper on X and Y safety caps for AC line use on
the Just Radios web site which they also sell.

I just did a restoration and incorporated the Y caps.
Highly recommended, glad I did it especially after seeing the previous post.
