[Hallicrafters] Seeking oscilloscope

It is about time to upgrade to a better o-scope here at fiddler’s central.

Can someone recommend a fellow ham who might be a part-time repairer of 
scopes? I am looking to buy a 20 or 30 mhz unit. Single trace is fine. 
Smaller is better. Use for general xcvr servicing or homebrew activity.

I hope there are fellow hams who check out scope and offer for sale. I 
hesitate to go the oceanbay route - haaaaaaard to know what one is getting.
