Hello,
The SR-150 finals are a pair of 12DQ6/12GW6s.
(150 watts SSB/125 watts CW).
The SR-160 finals are a pair of 12DQ6/12GW6s.
(Stripped-down SR-150. 80M, 40M, 20M only).
The SR-400 finals are a pair of 6HF5s.
(400 watts SSB/360 watts CW).
The SR-400A finals are a pair of 6KD6s.
(550 watts SSB/350 watts CW).
The SR-500 finals are a pair of 8236s.
(Stripped-down SR-400. 80M, 40M, 20M only.
500 watts SSB/300 watts CW).
The SR-150/SR-160 are the most common, affordable,
and show up at hamfests from time to time.
The SR-400s and the SR-500 are harder to find, more
costly, but are still available.
The SR-540, SR-750, and the SR-2000, are scarce
and expensive.
You might also want to consider the FPM-300
transceiver. 250 watts SSB, 180 watts CW,
using a single 6KD6 final. It also has
built-in 12 vdc and 117 vac power supplies.
