Hi Ron,
    I presume the B uses the same "light black" flat paint as the earlier
R-46's, if so, Krylon 1613, Semi-Flat Black is what I've used.  The orig.
wasn't decals, it was silk screened paint.  I don't know of any decals, so
I've had a silkscreen made up for the -46 & -42 spkrs, but I'm still
trying to master the technique of getting it on right, real tough around
that raised area on the R-46's.
    For the silver use Plasticote #1542 Burnished Silver, or Duplicolor #
T229W Silver M, both are "truck & van" paint.
    That extra ckt's probably somebody's attempt to make it bassy.  The
R-42 uses a just capacitor.
