Yes, if the size of the anchor is a measure of the boat needed to be 
properly matched, then I need a bigger boat.  Yesterday I purchased a 
Hallicrafters DD-1 Skyrider Diversity.  I'm not sure why I "needed" but 
the price was good and now the choice is to refurbish, trade, sell, or 
whatever.  It sure is heavy and I think I have run out of bench space.  
I don't think I have seen smoother tuning.  Everything look great, no 
rust,  no dents, no serious scratches, etc.  Only the speaker and one 
tube is missing.  Does anyone have first-hand experience on working on 
the DD-1?
