[Hallicrafters] SX 28 power transformer woes

Hello to all-
   My latest SX 28 has been a really outstanding
radio, makes the other one look pretty hard of
hearing.That is it was untill the power fuse blew and
a  tendrill of smoke escaped.
   Does anyone have a transformer they would part
with?
   Any recommendations re rewind. I have emailed Gary
Brown, but  I don't expect to hear from him for a few
days.
