Hi Lyle,

You will probably never find a used SX-101A tuning knob for sale in good
condition as they break at the edge of the knob very easily and most are
already broken.

The gentleman listed below had some SX-101A tuning knobs and the brass scale
plates that go behind them made and he did a super reproduction job! They
sure improved the looks of my 101 and 101A!!
