[Hallicrafters] SR-150 Questions

Plugged the ole girl in and she was dead.  Finally replaced all the electrolytics 5-10 mf + found a burned through 100 cathode resistor, but transmitter still dead..not pulling any current. Resting current at 70ma is ok even on two supplies.
Q1. Fig 12, bottom view in manual, show a small electrolytic just to the right of the vfo cover. What value and attached to what feed through?

Q2. Section 7C of preselector; should there be an adjustment screw on this section? (There three openings in side of the unit for access.)

Q3. Any suggestions where to look on the transmitter? It draws no current from the PS when keyed by mic or key?

Q4. Terminal strip near 30/30 dual-one resistor goes to it from the 30/30mf dual: how many connections are attached to this termimal's ground lug?(looks like something has been cut off).
any help greatfully appreciated.
