[Hallicrafters] SX-110 Service Letter?

I was performing a GOOGLE search regarding SX-110 and noted there was a  
SERVICE LETTER issued that addressed hum in the radio (apparently a  
modification). Following the note to the BAMA site no such letter was found in  the BAMA 
index.
 
Is anyone familiar with this Service Letter and are you able to share a  copy 
with me?
