[Hallicrafters] When do you replace tubes?

When testing tubes, if it tests in the yellow on my B&K 650,
it is in the garbage.  Breaks my heart though.  First time I threw out
a tube I actually hesitated.  I thought it still might be good for 
something.

I replace tubes when the device does not meet published specs AND the tube
is suspect.
