[Hallicrafters] Cleaning plastic

I have had good results cleaning the clear plastic on my SX-42 with
the Novus Plastic cleaners.
Novus 1 cleans, Novus 2 polishes, and Novus 3 removes scratches. 
These are commonly used to clean aircraft plexiglas.  It almost
completly removed the yellow and fine scratches from my S-meter
window.
