Hi,

I am not familiar with the Astatic 200S but from what I gather, the switch is 
monentary in one direction and on in nthe other with the center being the off 
position.  This would normally be a single pole, double throw switch (SPDT).

That being true, the center contact of the switch is ground  (common) and 
should go to the shell of the single conductor connector. The other two contacts 
should be bridged and connected to the PTT pin of the connector.  I can't get 
to my HT-32B book right now but you can determine which of the 2 pins is PTT 
by grounding the pins one at a time. The one that keys the rig is the one you 
want to attach the bridged connection to. The hot side of the mic goes to the 
other pin and the shield (ground) is connected to the connector shell.
