[Hallicrafters] Cleaning dials and Reproductions

I tried Radiodaze for my S-108 dial and they don't have one. Any
other sources for that one? If someone made a waterslide decal that
would work just as well.

Some of you obviously do not know of this site:

http://www.radiodaze.com/

They have various reproduction glass dials for Hallicrafters equipment
and
will make ones they do not have. I bought one for the SX-111 and it
is a
perfect replacement. Notice I did not call it a reproduction.

P.S. I do agree about the digital image of a dial prior to doing
anything
with it. I would add the taking of detailed measurements of the
location of
lettering, lines, scales etc. So an exact reproduction can be made if
need
be.
