[Hallicrafters] Beware 409 and Fantastic cleaners

On many, but not absolutely all, of the Hallicrafters
dials and glass plates (and those made by other
manufacturers as well) any lettering (or other
markings) that has been silkscreened onto the glass
will quite often just float away.  Use of Formula 409
or other cleaner will cause this to happen even
faster.
